Job Description:
Artomatix is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on product usage - Work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and communications in CRM system - Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and best practices to provide informed support to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and dedicated with a customer-centric approach - Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with presentation software and delivering client-facing presentations - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
