Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Airbnb Ireland. This is a remote full-time position based in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Airbnb guests and hosts through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages from guests and hosts - Assist guests and hosts with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Airbnb platform - Provide recommendations and suggestions to enhance the guest and host experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but must possess a strong work ethic and be reliable - Excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate with team members - Persuasive and able to effectively communicate solutions to customers - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly - Proficient with technology and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously
