Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Officer at Etsy Ireland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This is a remote work position based in Waterford, Munster, Ireland, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. This is an Associate Level role, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting, and order assistance - Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues - Participating in training sessions and ongoing learning to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Contributing ideas for process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives - Meeting and exceeding KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and hardworking attitude - Ability to analyze customer data and trends to improve service - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Presentation skills for communication with customers and colleagues
