Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Amazon Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Care Officer to join our remote team based in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Conducting quality assurance checks on customer interactions to ensure high standards are met. 5. Implementing customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. 7. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong project management abilities. 5. Proficient in presentation and report writing. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
