2. Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally.
3. Building positive relationships with customers.
4. Accurately updating customer information and records.

6. Delivering a proactive service experience every time.
7. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
4. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
5. Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.

🕒 Your Schedule

Flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week)

Working hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on a rotational basis:

1. 08:00 – 16:30
2. 09:00 – 17:30
3. 10:00 – 18:30
