Customer Service Advisor

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Job Description We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team & work on behalf of a global sports brand!

• Salary - €26,600 plus performance-based bonus!
• Remote location – Work from the comfort of your home within Ireland.
• Full time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday.

You will be providing excellent customer service through calls, chat & emails dealing with product orders, payments, missing orders, product information and recommendations. You will be actively working towards performance-based targets & always being a brand ambassador! Benefits:

What you’ll need:

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use patience and self-control in handling irate customers.
• A minimum broadband speed of 10mgbs and a private room at home to work.
