Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Jameson Whiskey is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our remote team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working independently and resourcefully.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and account inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and proactive approach. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members. 5. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
