Customer Service Executive

Barden are delighted to be working with a significant Irish business to identify a Client Care Associate with experience working in community pharmacy to join their team.

This person will be the initial point of contact and their primary focus will be on providing robust customer assistance and implementing new products within the pharmacy industry. They will be required to answer technical questions and understand complex issues about the pharmacy industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Responsible for providing customer support across various product lines.

• Coordinate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer queries and issues.

• Assist the team on the field to ensure prompt resolution of open customer queries.

• Manage the central mailbox for product offerings and brands.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers.

• Handle incoming calls to the business.

• Facilitate the setup of new customers and follow up with suppliers for account details.

• Take ownership of calls and oversee all necessary steps to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

• Offer support for training initiatives and internal departments as needed.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Demonstrated background in customer service, sales, or similar roles.

• Pharmacy Technician background is essential for this position.

• Capacity to manage multiple requests and prioritise tasks effectively.

• Quick learner, capable of acquiring new skills rapidly, such as supporting or implementing new applications.
