Job Description - Customer Service Manager

  1. Responsible for overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives.
  2. Primary duties include answering customer questions, resolving queries, setting team goals, monitoring progress and training staff members
  3. Setting Customer satisfaction targets and working collaboratively with the team to meet targets consistently
  4. Interacting with customers daily by answering questions and ensuring service within the TAT (Turn around time parameters.
  5. Analyze statistics and compile accurate and detailed reports for the leadership and Internal metrics.
  6. Training, mentoring and managing a team of 7 customer service representatives to allow them embrace new skills and grow further in their roles
  7. Manage a large number of Incoming calls and emails and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
