Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


CitySwift is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our remote team in Cork, IE. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 3. Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution. 4. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. 6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes. 8. Identify and escalate priority issues to management. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 8. Must be passionate and adaptable.
