Job Title: Customer Service Representative - German OR French Speaking Job Description

We’re looking for fluent German OR French speaker s to join our customer service t eam and work on behalf of a global sports brand .

We offer full-time (40 hours) employment, on a permanent work from home contract! If you are successful in the role, you must be flexible to work on a rotational shift pattern, Monday – Sat urday between 8am – 8 pm .

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and efficient c ustomer s upport for basic or routine incoming service inquiries

• A nswer questions, solve problems and perform basic troubleshooting .

• Document customer interactions with a ccurat e call logging.

• Deliver individual performance based on metrics and related targets .

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and German OR French .

• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 .

• Ex cellent i nterpersonal and communication skills

• Resilience and ability to so lve customer problems.

• P atience and self-control in handling irate customers.

• You must have a minimum broadband speed of 10mgbs and a private room at home to work.
