Customer Service Representative

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients based at Dublin Airport. This is a Full Time Permanent position .

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about creating customer experience and provides excellent customer service.

Position : Customer Service Representative

Location : Dublin Airport

Shift : 5/7 days roster based between 5am - 1am

Salary : €28,000 - €29,000 Annually

Responsibilities:

• Create the optimal experience by maximising on sales and service opportunities for every customer.
• Assist in Que Management at Dublin Airport Terminals, and off-site location, to facilitate shorter wait times and a smooth customer experience.
• Handle all customer needs with professionalism and confidence.
• Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Co-ordinate with other internal departments

Requirements :

• Full B Driving license
• Prior experience in sales or customer service
• Good IT skills
• Should be able to work in shifts as per the requirement
