As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information, striving to exceed their expectations with every interaction. Additionally, you will handle order processing, returns, and refunds, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.
