Here you’ll be the linchpin in their customer service delivery. From managing orders, coordinating logistics to chasing up raw materials across the supply chain, you'll be instrumental in ensuring their customers receive a top-notch service at every touchpoint.
Making extensive use of the central CRM, tailored specifically to their business, you’ll be highly adept and confident using Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation.
Your Role:

  • Delight customers with exceptional support.
  • Take charge of stock management and timely deliveries.
  • Be the voice of our products, sharing updates and promotions.
  • Drive efficiency in logistics and transportation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
