As a Customer Success Officer at Over-C, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. In this remote work position based in Limerick, Munster, IE, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, resolving any issues they may have, and ultimately ensuring their success with our products or services.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support as needed - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any potential issues before they escalate - Work closely with the sales and product teams to onboard new customers and educate them on our offerings - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and drive product development - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value they receive from our products or services - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers - Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations - Resilience to handle challenging situations or difficult customers with professionalism - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Experience in people management or leadership positions is a plus - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment
