Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: Medtronic Ireland is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting. Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer support processes. 6. Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting. 5. Independent and resilient personality traits. 6. Proficient in time management and able to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Willingness to cooperate and collaborate with team members. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
