Job Description: Medtronic Ireland is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a high level of independence and resilience, as well as strong time management and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer support processes. 6. Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting. 5. Independent and resilient personality traits. 6. Proficient in time management and able to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Willingness to cooperate and collaborate with team members. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
