Job Description:
As a Customer Support Manager at Swrve, you will be responsible for overseeing the remote customer support team based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. Your main duties will include managing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring high-quality service to our customers, resolving escalated customer issues, and contributing to the development of customer support strategies.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a remote team of customer support representatives. 2. Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance regularly. 3. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing a customer support team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Confident and reliable personality traits. 6. Teamwork and time management skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred). 8. Ability to work independently and remotely.
