Job Description:
Opening.io is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Cork, Ireland. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist clients with inquiries, issues, and feedback. 2. Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 3. Building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Contributing to the development of customer support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate individual with a strong desire to help customers and solve problems. 2. Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to take on new challenges. 3. Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage customer interactions and influence positive outcomes. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience in a remote work environment preferred.
