Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work


Job Description:


Aylien, a leading technology company based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As an Entry Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. 3. Assisting customers with product orders, billing inquiries, and account management. 4. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. 5. Collaborating with our product development team to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Confidence and a strong work ethic to handle the demands of a remote customer support role. 2. Excellent people management and leadership skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
