Job Description - Digital Marketing, Account Manager

We are currently working with our client, Deloitte Ireland. At Deloitte, we make an impact that matters for our clients, our people, our profession, and in the wider society by delivering the solutions and insights they need to address their most complex business challenges. On behalf of Deloitte, AMS are looking for a number of Digital Marketing, Account Managers for a 12 Month Day Rate Contract based in Dublin. Please note this is a hybrid working model 2/3 days per weeks in office. Purpose of the Role: Our Clients Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We advise clients on the broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. As a Digital Marketing, Account Manager you will be part of the fast-paced EMEA Sales Program. This is a large group of front-line-sellers, who deploy across EMEA to enable better coverage for our Customers and bring consultancy projects to life for their teams. You will be equal parts consultants, sellers, analysts and advisors, leveraging your already existing Ads domain expertise to transform customers and drive business growth and their sales coaching abilities. As a Digital Marketing, Account Manager you will; Work across multiple clusters / geo's / sectors or pods as defined by the Program Manager Leverage your own depth of experience to ramp up quickly in new assignments so that you can add value as quickly as possible to our clients and recipient team. Bring knowledge sharing insights to the new pod / sector, while fulfilling client needs. Identify best practice options and opportunities across the Hub based on unique insights they will gain from working across potentially multiple clusters and / or pods. Build new relationships quickly and effectively with key stakeholders to add value and enable future growth of our partnerships. Upskill and educate clients on the latest brand products, betas and insights to keep them up to date on opportunities across our solutions. Work in a fast paced, highly ambiguous and business critical team where they will help define processes, influence a large range of stakeholders and build skills and knowledge sharing in the Hub by leveraging experiences gained across pods and teamsWhat we require from the candidate: Minimum 2+ years as an Account Manager Digital Marketing / Social Media and Advertising experience Thrives in ambiguity and in working outside of their comfort zone Focused, proactive with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHaving as many of these specific qualifications is great, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable; Experience in Large Customer Sales Second European language Passion for sharing expertise within and across teams Consulting background, demonstrating prior experience of ramping up quickly within and across different assignments / challengesNext steps If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.
