Digital Performance Lead

My client is a global brand and a leader in their field. They are looking for a performance expert to lead their team and manage their media and creative agency partners.The performance team work across the local, EU and US marketing so multi national campaign experience will be required for this role. This role is based in Dublin with a hybrid set up (3 day in office and 2 from home)

Role overview

You will report to the Head of Digital to design, develop and action a robust digital marketing strategy that will drive results.You will be responsible for the analysis of all digital marketing campaigns, the over website performance, and all digital channels. You will work closely with wider teams to help build your strategy to make sure it is aligned to the brands customer behaviour, profile and nuances. 

You will work with your agency partners and internal teams to assist with the media and creative planning and execution across all digital channels.

About you

This role would suit someone who has managed a performance team, has worked agency and/or brand side, is a digital strategist and has a portfolio of successful campaigns and has a strong drive and work ethic.

Salary up to 75/80K DOE
