The Hodson Bay Hotel has a fantastic opening for a Director of Food & Beverages to lead our award-winning Food & Beverage operations.
Our outlets include the Waterfront Cafe and Bar which has seen extensive investment in facilities and new exciting menus. Our L'Escale Restaurant offers guests a fine dining experience with creative culinary delights from our Executive Head Chef and his team. The hotel also has an outdoor dining experience '52 @ The Bay' which offers culinary experiences with lake views. The renowned Hodson Bay Hotel offers a cutting-edge opportunity for a dynamic Food & Beverage professional to bring these outlets to the next level.

To provide a high standard of the service of food and beverages to guests.
MAIN DUTIES
Your normal working week will be 5 days over a 7-day roster. The weekly roster includes weekend work.
