My client, is a well known and award winning retailer. They are looking to meet Horticulturists with a relevant qualification and garden centre experience to join their busy stores.

The ideal person will be familiar with plant maintenance, pruning and fertilising along with having experience using landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities for this Horticulture role:

• Working under targets and KPI's.
• Use of landscaping materials and equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Responsible for waste management.
• Ordering in garden centre stock.
• Merchandising plants.

Key skills required for this Horticulture role:

• Ability to undertake physical work.
• Horticulture qualification is essential.
• Harden centre or retail experience is desired.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance, seeds, pests and diseases.
• Experience working in a customer service environment.
