Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:

• All activities relating to group check-in, such as preparing check-in desk, group requirements, time-sheets and related longest drive and nearest the pin etc.
• Telephone answering to a guest's enquiries regarding tee-times and various miscellaneous enquiries.
• Ensuring member's competitions and handicaps operate smoothly.
• Rental clubs are issued and controlled to standard, sign in-out sheet etc.
• Ensuring guests are informed of the facilities available, i.e. locker rooms, range, snack bar, pro-shop etc.
• Liaising with the starter and ranger to ensure the smooth operation of tee-times and pace of play.
• Arranging caddies in conjunction with the Palmer Course starter.
• Ensuring dress code on the golf course is maintained.
• Communication with starter and ranger via phone or radios.
• Ensure all golfers needs are catered for with regard to the setting up of buggies and electric trolleys.
• Ensure that there are an adequate number of sanitised, working buggies parked up and ready for play.
• Keep the Pro-Shop neat and tidy.
• Prepare Members trolleys and clubs according to time sheet during members day competitions.
• To liaise with the Manager on Duty or relevant member of staff, with regard to guest queries or problems and to pass on any useful information about the guest.
• To actively sell all Golf Shop merchandise to guests and members, ensuring a thorough knowledge of all clothing lines and equipment

• Proven track record in a similar role
• Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to quality and high standards
• Will possess excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
• Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
• Will be flexible in their working hours
