Skills and experience necessary:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar design/sales consulting role
• Creative flair
• Previous experience with design software (CAD)
• Friendly and engaging personality
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique preferences, functional requirements, and aesthetic vision for their kitchens
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed and accurate kitchen designs
• Demonstrate exceptional sales skills by effectively communicating the value proposition of kitchen designs and guiding clients through the decision-making process
• Maintain knowledge of current products, company policies, and procedures
• Achieve agreed sales targets
