Leisure Centre Attendant

Talbot Fitness Wexford are currently recruiting for a Part Time Leisure Centre Attendant to join the team.

The Role

Ideally, the candidate will have an outgoing personality and the capability to work as part of an active team. Must have recognized gym qualification and experience in teaching fitness classes. Swim teaching and IWS pool lifeguard qualification or equivalent desirable. Minimum of 1 years relevant work experience in a Leisure Centre.

Duties will include:

• Conducting Programmes and Assessments
• Teaching Fitness Classes
• Teaching swimming
• Supervise swimming pool area
• Meet highest standard of safety
• Present professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency
• All other duties as assigned and appropriate
• Responsible for the safety of the participants in their own class
• Instructs and evaluates students participating in swim lessons

The role involves weekend work so flexibility is required.
