Job Description:

As a Live Chat Assistant at Engager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat services. This is a remote work position based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and solve customer problems effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow all company policies and procedures while adhering to quality standards - Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives related to customer support and engagement - Strive for excellence in all customer interactions and uphold high standards of service

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations - Confidence in communicating with customers and team members - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve effectively - Basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
