Job Description:
SoapBox Labs is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Live Chat Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through live chat communication channels. This role requires a high level of energy, passion, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints or concerns. 3. Utilize strong project management skills to prioritize and address customer requests efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy. 4. Excellent project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and deadlines. 5. Proficient in using live chat software and CRM systems. 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
