Job Description - Management - Dublin

What does the job involve?

Restaurant management is a fast paced and rewarding world, and you will have a wide range of responsibilities which will include:

  • Building, training and motivating wonderful teams
  • Managing our food quality and food safety to the highest standards
  • Ensuring each customer is made to feel welcome on every visit, through well managed shifts and great leadership
  • Managing your restaurant in line with relevant, motivating KPIs

Contract Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: €30,250-€43,750 per year

Location: In person store

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

What does the job involve?

We're glad you asked! Restaurant management is a fast paced and rewarding world, and you will have a wide range of responsibilities which will include:

Admin
- HACCP and compliance checks - Stock management and reconciliation
- Staff training and rotas

Food standards
- Ensure food is prepared safely and to the highest standard of quality and presentation
- Wastage management
- Report any issues

Staff Management
- Shift planning and delegation
- Handover of shifts
- Absence management

Requirements
Experience in a team lead position, ideally hospitality or retail
A no-compromise approach to food safety, food quality and customer service
Experience with stock management
A hands on and motivational attitude to management
Excellent communication skills
