Requirements

• Prior experience as a phone operator or a similar customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer skills.
• Positive and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Route planning & service scheduling.
• Ability to fluently speak and understand the English language.
