Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Workday Ireland is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a confident and resilient personality. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing account support to our clients through remote channels, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and providing excellent customer service - Address client inquiries and issues through remote communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations - Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure successful use of our products and services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client account status and performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in customer support or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities - Confident and resilient personality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with remote communication tools and technology
