Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Support Officer to join our team at SilverCloud Health in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring smooth operations within the account management team.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and resolving any issues in a timely manner. 2. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful implementation of our services. 3. Collaborate with the account managers to develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 4. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and key metrics to internal stakeholders. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients. 6. Provide product training and support to clients as needed. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to better support clients and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related industry. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Motivated mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 6. Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements. 7. Experience with people management and relationship building. 8. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
