Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

9th Impact is seeking a hardworking and independent Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. The primary responsibility of the Remote Account Support Officer will be to provide exceptional support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely manner. 2. Assist clients with any account-related issues or questions they may have. 3. Provide technical support for any software or platforms used by clients. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support. 5. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and resolutions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions. 7. Generate reports on client feedback and provide insights for product improvement.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively. 3. A positive and proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using basic computer software and customer support tools. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 7. A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
