Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team at LetsGetChecked. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to account holders - Manage and respond to account inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Maintain accurate records of account interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for account reviews - Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by account holders - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication and organizational skills - Driven and reliable personality traits - Ability to innovate and think creatively - Experience in people management is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
