Job Description:

Popertee, a leading company in the marketing and advertising industry, is seeking a talented and passionate Call Center Associate to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. 2. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and leads. 3. Provide accurate and relevant information to customers about our products and services. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics. 6. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Confident in communicating with customers over the phone. 4. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to drive sales. 5. Creative problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
