Call Center Associate

Job Description:

As a Call Center Associate at Penneys in Limerick, Munster, IE, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone to our valued customers. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Use effective communication skills to provide outstanding customer service. 4. Follow company procedures for handling calls and resolving customer issues. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling efficiency and customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database. 7. Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to improve processes and customer service. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies. 9. Adhere to company guidelines for privacy and data security.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. 3. Independent worker who can solve problems and make decisions on their own. 4. Excellent planning and organization skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Ability to work full-time in Limerick, Munster, IE. 8.
