Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Phorest is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries over the phone. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner - Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding our products or services - Provide accurate information and solutions to client inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Update client information in the database accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to clients - Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and confident personality - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
