Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Workday Ireland in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to achieve performance goals and targets - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and overall efficiency - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach call center staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a call center management role - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent cooperation and communication skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results - Knowledge of call center technologies and best practices - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
