Job Description:
Facebook Ireland is seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives and ensuring that high-quality service is provided to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track team performance and make data-driven decisions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain a positive and motivated team environment by providing feedback, recognition, and opportunities for growth. 7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize call center operations. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management. 3. Proven experience in leading remote teams and working in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong decision-making and leadership skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Independent and driven personality traits. 7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 8. Vision and dental insurance provided as part of benefits package. 9. Paid overtime for additional work hours.
