Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Call Center Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster. This position offers the opportunity to work from home on a full-time basis, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are met - Provide leadership and direction to a team of call center representatives - Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop training programs to enhance the skills of call center representatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements: - Passionate and reliable individual with a strong commitment to customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong adaptability and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment - Experience in managing a call center with a focus on customer satisfaction - Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
