Job Description:
Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland. As a member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and email communication. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and support to customers, assisting them with troubleshooting and problem-solving. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering delight to customers. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Resilient and adaptable, able to handle challenging situations with grace and composure. 5. Innovative mindset and strong project management skills. 6. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
