Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team at Penneys in Cork, Cork, IE. As a remote call center representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be resilient, energetic, possess strong people management skills, and have a creative approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner 4. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication 5. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed 6. Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and procedures 7. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies 9. Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism 6. Energetic and positive attitude towards customer interactions 7. Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues 8. People management skills to handle difficult conversations and interactions 9. High school diploma or equivalent
