Call Center Representative

Job description:

VMware Ireland is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative at our location in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a full-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues effectively. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different scenarios. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries. 3. Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
