Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at Penneys. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a call center environment, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, promotions, and policies - Address customer complaints and escalate as necessary to ensure a resolution - Document all interactions in the CRM system for future reference - Meet or exceed KPIs and targets set by the team leader - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or similar customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Resourceful and reliable individual who can handle challenging situations with professionalism - Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma; additional certification in customer service is a plus
