Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Stripe is seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges - Identifying and recommending solutions to improve customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and able to work independently - Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
