Call Center Specialist

Job Description: Plynk is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting company products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, orders, and complaints - Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries, sales leads, and customer satisfaction - Provide accurate information about products and services, pricing, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Update customer information in the database - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all customer interactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to customer issues - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent

Soft Skills: - Strong negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively - Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members and other departments
