Job Description - Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Aylien is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team and work remotely from home in Galway, Ireland. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Document all customer interactions in the company's database - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and training materials - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer experience


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Innovation and adaptability as soft skills - Must have a quiet home office space with high-speed internet connection - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
