Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Glofox is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support through our live chat system. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to problems in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through the live chat system - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Provide solutions to problems and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the team lead

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment and independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Knowledge of project management principles is a plus
