Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

&Open is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through online chat communication. Your main duties will include resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, helping customers navigate our platform, and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate team member.

To excel in this role, you must be independent and driven, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. You should be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to these requirements, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and possess excellent communication skills. A background in customer support or a related field is preferred.
