Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


SurveyMonkey Europe is seeking a motivated and driven Chat Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of chat support agents, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance management - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and effectiveness - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Provide leadership and guidance to the chat support team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or chat support - Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in chat support platforms and tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
